Walk-and-talk therapy is ideal for those who feel restricted by traditional therapy or prefer a different approach. It often feels less clinical and more connected-especially for people who value movement, flexibility, and time outdoors. It may not suit everyone; we'll discuss wether it's right for you.

For many, outdoor therapy feels more natural and less intense. Time in nature soothes stress, anchors you in the present, and softens the pressure of face-to-face-talk. Walking side by side often makes it easier to open up. Please read more information under the Terms and Conditions in regards to (WaTT).
